Get to know me...
I have been a Realtor/Broker in Cape Coral since 1994 and have not only enjoyed living here, but enjoyed working with so many buyers moving in from all over the world. I am originally from Michigan where I owned and operated a computer store prior to my move to Florida. My parents retired here in 1993, and my attitude was why wait to retire! I brought down my three children who are happily adjusted to the area.
In 2004 CENTURY 21 awarded me #1 Individual Selling Agent in Florida and #7 in the nation. In 2005 I was entered into the Centurion Honor Society for consistently high performance. I feel it is the best award I could have received. I am also in the "Masters Club" which means I am on track with consistenty high sales. I have the exprience behind me of not only working with both buyers and sellers, but managing two real estate offices. I know where I want to be is out showing and selling property, leaving the management to my current broker, Barbara Watt, who is a great and wonderful person. I am a three year member of the Lee County Homeless Coalition.
